Shipping Policy
Pakistan Orders
Laya by Sumika delivers all across Pakistan.
Our standard delivery time is approximately 1 to 1.5 weeks from the date your order is confirmed. While we generally aim to deliver orders within one week, additional time may occasionally be required due to unforeseen circumstances.
The delivery charges within Pakistan are PKR 450 per order.
For Eid collections and special launches, specific delivery timelines will be communicated before Eid and customers will be informed of the expected delivery schedule at the time of ordering.
International Orders
Laya by Sumika accepts international orders worldwide, except India.
International customers can place orders either:
• Through our website using bank transfer, or
• By contacting us directly through Instagram DM or WhatsApp to confirm their order and shipping details.
International shipping charges vary depending on the destination, parcel weight and current courier rates. Therefore, international shipping charges will be confirmed separately with the customer before the order is finalized.
International orders generally take approximately 2 weeks for delivery. We always aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible, although delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service and circumstances beyond our control.
Order Confirmation
Delivery timelines begin once your order has been confirmed by Laya by Sumika.
As our pieces are processed on a made-to-order basis, customers are requested to place orders only when they are certain about their purchase.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently available within Karachi only.
We strongly encourage customers to use bank transfer for order confirmation where possible. COD orders should only be placed when the customer is certain they will receive the parcel, as refused or returned COD shipments result in additional costs.
Laya by Sumika reserves the right to decline COD orders where necessary.
Order Issues
Laya by Sumika reserves the right to cancel an order in circumstances such as production issues, an article becoming unavailable, or other unforeseen issues affecting the fulfillment of an order.
In such circumstances, the customer will be informed accordingly.
